Tzatziki

So the first time I was exposed to Tzatziki was during a Cruise through the Italian and Greek Islands. I loved Greece and our stopovers were wonderful, but until the last stop I did not want to try Tzatziki. It did not look like something I would like. I hate dairy and I thought it was going to taste like Feta but then my friends convinced me to try it. I also tried Brushetta for the first time on that trip. That was a really good trip, anyway. Here's a Tzatziki Recipe:

1 little carton of Plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tbs. chopped fresh dill
1 tbs olive oil

Got everything? Great, now throw it all in a food processor.

Turn it on.
Garnish with a sprig of dill and chill for at least an hour.
TADA. I go pretty heavy on the dill (I actually used 2tbs instead of 1/2), yours probably won't look so green.
